Your presence is needed. For your family. For your community. For Israel. For the Jewish people. A planned gift to your Jewish community is a commitment that lives beyond your lifetime. Whether your gift is used to provide for the needs of the Jewish poor, to assist the elderly, to rescue Jews in need around the world or to fight anti-Semitism—no matter where or when in the future, you can be there to help.

Current Endowments

The Greater Lansing Jewish Welfare Federation has benefitted from two endowments.

• Harry Harris Endowment. This is from money that Harry left in his will in 2000. Since then, it has been producing income that adds to our ability to give to Jewish Federations of North America and support local programming.
• Selma Hollander Endowment. Selma gave this endowment in June 2010. It will provide the income that enables us to give each child who becomes a b'nei mitzvah a gift book reminding them of the richness of our Jewish tradition.
